Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your planter purchase, so we offer a 14-day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your planter, you can return it to us within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of the delivery date and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that the planter must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached and no signs of wear or use. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and exchanges will be shipped out promptly after processing.
